Tingle Customer Online Login Help

System Requirements - You must use our online registration system to become a member. If you are able to register online successfully, this confirms that you meet the following technical requirements. You will need:

• A Personal Computer (IBM-compatible or Macintosh)
• Internet access & an E-mail address
• Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 or 6 is required
• AOL & Netscape are compatible but NOT recommended
• Your Browser´s Cookies and Javascript MUST BE ENABLED!

If you are having problems logging in to WC Tingle Online, the following procedure may help by clearing out the files and cookies that Internet Explorer keeps from previous visits.

Start INTERNET EXPLORER
Choose TOOLS -> INTERNET OPTIONS from the Menu

Click on each of the following buttons and respond YES or OK (depending on the prompt)
- DELETE COOKIES
- DELETE FILES
- CLEAR HISTORY

Click on the CONTENT tab
Click on the AUTO-COMPLETE button

Click on each of the following buttons and respond YES or OK (depending on the prompt)
- CLEAR FORMS
- CLEAR PASSWORDS
